A Mindful Response

Many of us will, at some stage, face a traumatic event. Some, perhaps in the armed forces or in public services ranging from the police and nursing, to teachers and firefighters, may face traumatic events more often or feel the accumulative  affects on more long term exposure to traumatic events. Mindfulness can help in a safe and transformative way, but only if applied in such a way to maximise recovery and minimise potential difficulties. For this reason we initially work one to one, establishing safe practices that provide a  supportive and creative approach that helps build resilience for the future.
